Refund Policy
At CALDER IX, we are committed to delivering a premium experience with every order. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns. However, we are dedicated to making things right if there is an issue with your order.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number along with photos showing the problem. Once reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
